ORDER POLICY
All orders received in all platforms are final. Please review the information you have placed before finalizing your order.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Return and refunds are accepted if you received a defective and/or wrong product. Kindly inform us immediately within 3 days of arrival, accompanied by your Order ID and photo of the product you have received. Further instructions will be given upon verification. Please make sure that the product is properly packed in its original packaging upon returning.
DELIVERY POLICY
The tracking number along with a photo of your order will be sent to your email before shipping out. It may take us about an estimate of 5-7 days to prepare your case/s, while on-hand items such as phone charms will be shipped out the next day.
Please take note that we are not liable for any damages, losses, or delays caused by the courier. Kindly settle this by directly contacting the courier for further investigation.
