FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you accept rush orders?

As of now, Daystar Cases is not accepting rush orders. We implement a pre-order process where we usually take 5 days to prepare your cases. This allows us to consistently have all your favorite designs available in all phone units, without risking the possible wastage of materials. Rest assured that order updates will be sent to your accounts.

Are your phone cases protective?

We consider our cases to be semi-shockproof and suitable for everyday use. The front edges and camera borders are slightly lifted to protect your phone from minor drops. Our cases also have matte side grips to prevent your phone from slipping.

Do you have phone cases for Android units?

Unfortunately, we currently only have cases for Apple iPhone units.
